WALT DISNEY ORIGINAL PRODUCTION CEL of PATRIOTIC SCROOGE McDUCK with Frame

PAT RIO TIC SCROOGE McDUCK. With the picture frame it is 12" X 14" with the cel Matted and Framed in an antique Gold/ Green Frame. The Cel is beautiful with Scrooge McDuck wearing a Red White and Blue Top Hat and wiggling his finger. I acquired the Cel in 1990 but alias It's time for Scrooge to find a New Home.
