Walt Disney Great Mouse Detective Olivia Original Production Cel Ballerina 1986

This original hand-painted production cel was created by Walt Disney Studios for The Great Mouse Detective (1986) and features Olivia Flaversham with the wind-up ballerina toy from the film. The scene offers wonderful storytelling appeal, capturing Olivia watching the delicately rendered ballerina in motion rather than presenting a simple character pose.

Created for use during the actual production of the movie, the hand-painted character artwork was photographed as part of Disney's traditional animation process. The artwork bears the Walt Disney Company seal in the lower left and is presented with a coordinating production drawing-style background. Featuring a beloved principal character and memorable story element together, this framed cel is a distinctive piece of original Disney animation history.
