Original Production Animation Cel Setup (2 cels). Of Briar Rose (Aurora) and Diablo. From Walt Disney's 1959 Feature Film. Originally from Disney's Art Corner with Gold Label Intact. Comes with a Charles Scott Gallery Letter of Authenticity. One of Disney's absolute classics, Sleeping Beauty was the 16th feature and introduces Briar Rose/Aurora! This is a cel setup featuring cels actually used on-camera in the production. This one still has the original gold label on the back from the store and what we believe is the original matting. The matting was inexpensive, but sturdy. It is aged and worn. Mat measures approximately 10.25 x 8.75. It's a nice setup in that these 2 characters are not together in the movie, but Diablo IS spying on her the whole time, so it's nice they put these 2 together. The reflection you see in the matted view is only because of our scanner, it doesn't appear in real life. Actually used in the making of the cartoon and great for collectors or to hang on your wall as nostalgic decoration! Let us send you an invoice.
