This cel is not framed, and has a certificate of authenticity label on the back that states This is an original celluloid drawing actually used in a Walt Disney production. There is also the number 148 marked in pencil on top right. The cel has some flaking/cracking in Goofy's hands and eyes and two small missing paint specks in Goofy's right pant leg. Measures approximately 9.5''x8.5'' including the matting.
