Original Production Cels The Great Mouse Detective Ratigan Unframed 1986. These cels are from The Great Mouse Detective - 1986. Features Professor Ratigan (Voice of Vincent Price) and 2 of his Thugs or Ruffians. This picture is made up of a gradient blue paper background with 3 cels on top. The Thugs are on the top cel. Ratigan is on the 2nd cel with the gift on the 3rd cel. There is some waviness to the cels but no damage.

They are all numbered from Disney and the top cel has the seal and signature. The measure 15" x 13" and have 1 staple in the top left corner to hold them together.
