This item has some dirt and wear from storage and does not look like it has been displayed. I didn't find any paperwork with it so I don't know if this is a production cel or serigraph. The sight area of the certificate measues 8"×11.75" and the frame measures 16.75"×20.75". This listing is for the item pictured and does not include anything additional not shown in the pictures.
