This is a very nice trimmed cel of URSULA from the Disney feature "THE LITTLE MERMAID". I have been told that this is production art from the original movie but, as it isn't actually shown in the movie, it was likely cut from the production. What it is for sure is a hand painted portrait of Ursula! Add to this that the price is WAAAAY below that of an actual production cel. Frame size: 12.5 inches x 10.5 inches.
