An authentic Disney hand-painted cel! Walt Disney Television Animation Art - Original Production Art, One-Of-A-Kind Hand-Painted Cel. Goof Troop - Goofy reading a book from an open window.

" The display envelope measures 15" x 12. The cel measures 11" x 13-1/2" roughly. This one-of-a-kind production cel is in nice condition overall and comes with the Certificate Of Authenticity. The display envelope has some scratches and blemishes on the front and back clear window sections. There is also some sticky residue left over on the back side, near the opening flap, from tape that was adhered previously to keep the envelope shut.

The inside of the open/close flap also has blemishes and minor tearing along with minor bending from being opened and closed over the years. The COA is not adhered down in anyway and does move around inside of the back of the envelope, I had it centered for photo purposes.
