Here is a rare one of a kind 1990's animation production cel from the Mark Kausler's animated cartoon " It's The Cat ". It is in excellent condition and comes with the matching pencil animation drawing and color print background, as shown. This is a rare production cel and matching drawing from Disney Animator Mark Kausler's cartoon about a kitty singing on the backyard fence, with the style and music of the 1930's. Unlike many poorly made cartoons with a xerox line, this production cel was hand inked and looks simply fantastic! This one of a kind animation production art is in excellent condition and comes professionally double matted in a 14" by 32" beveled acid free matting as shown in the photos below.
