Disney Original Production Cel of Scrooge McDuck from Ducktales Hand Painted

The production cell comes apart from the background, and does have some tiny dents here and there as seen in pictures. Comes in frame but the frame is old and would probably need a new one. I'm not quite sure exactly what movie or show this production cell was used in, but it is definitely legit. Let me know if you have any other questions thanks!
