Disney Original Production Cel of Scrooge McDuck from Ducktales Hand Painted

The cel is in acceptable condition as seen in the photos it does show some signs of use it is framed but the frame is not of a very high quality. Does include the coa from Van Eaton.

The rear sheet seems to have come off from the tape and it stuck to the paint and ripped a small piece. It is hand painted so please see photos for overall condition. Unsure what episode it's from. If you have any questions please let us know.
