Seen at the 25:08 mark of the film, this cel captures a great character moment from Timothy's first scene with Dumbo. This nitrate cel is displayed on a custom hand-painted background prepared by the Courvoisier Galleries, displayed in a 10" x 15" glass frame with a window size of 5.5" x 7". This art is in the original frame with the original matting.
