Disney Original Animation Production Cel Prince John 1973 Robin Hood

This is an original production cel from the 1973 Disney animated film Robin Hood. It is a vivid and beautifully colored cel of Prince John.

The description of the animation process is on the back of the frame. The frame measures 20 1/4 by 16 1/8. The area of the image inside the mat measures 13 3/4 by 9 3/4.

The image of Prince John, at its largest points, measures 7 7/8 by 4 1/4. I have tried to honestly show flaws with this cel. There are two waves, one going up from the right side of his face, the other going down from the collar of the robe. There is a bit of bleeding from both sides of Prince Johns red robe. The frame of the cel has some scuffing/scratches on the corners. This cel comes from the original owner and a smoke-free home.
