Disney's The Little Mermaid. Wonderful, large original production cel from Disney's The Little Mermaid (1989). Cel features Ariel in her grotto accompanied by Flounder.

Cel set up is of three layered cels. One for Ariel, one for Flounder, and one for the bubbles. The background is a print provided by the Disney Studios. Cel setup (and background) come from Walt Disney Studios.
