Disney Black Cauldron RARE Animation Production Art Cel Framed Nice

This listing is a Disney cel from "The Black Cauldron"! This also includes the Disney seal certifying that it is an authentic production cel.

I really don't know a whole lot more about this other than I acquired it several years ago. The guy that I bought it from said that he wasn't sure that this scene actually made it in the film - which would make this even more rare! Black Cauldron cels are very hard to come by as it is. Please note that this is framed but does not have glass.
