Disney 1977 Original Animation Production Cel Pete's Dragon Full Body Elliott

There are 2 what appear to be tears on the tail shown in photos, the laminate has developed a slight "wave" which makes the cel look not flat when looking from an angle. Otherwise no major issues I see. Frame does have some small scuffs. Frame measures approx 20 1/4" x 18 1/4".
