Here we have an original handpainted model cel from the 90s animated series BONKERS by Walt Disney studios. Animation cells from this show or are very hard to find.

Model cels even more so. All those little black paint specs will wipe off using a slightly damp, paper towel and your fingernail to scrape them off.

Just get the cell a little wet, scrape the paint off with your fingernail and use a dry paper towel to wipe off the wet paint. The cells are reversed painted so it will not damage the actual art just be careful with the black outlines. Those are usually on the top.
