This is a holy Grail-lot in regards to the bonkers cartoon. This is an early hand drawn/painted concept art cel and pitch boards (rarely ever see something like this). In regards to the cel :This is an early piece when they were trying to figure out the look and feel for the cartoon itself this piece is signed in the bottom right corner.

If you're a bonkers fan, then this is as good as you're ever going to get animation wise. THE PITCH BOARDS ARE BOT HAND PAINTED.

They are prints on foam board made in studio used to pitch the show to Disney.
