Decidedly not a rat and voiced by the late, great Vincent Price (1911 - 1993), Professor Ratigan can be spotted with his hostage Olivia near the 1:03:11 mark of the film during his thrilling final conflict against the Holmesian hero, Basil of Baker Street. This dynamic rough animation drawing has been loosely rendered in graphite and blue pencil on 12 field animation sheet with production codes visible in the righthand corner of the sheet.
