RARE Disney Little Mermaid Scuttle + Sebastian Production Cel noogie 1989 cell

Up for sake here is a fantastic rare Disney hand painted production cel from the beloved classic. The full 16 field cel (with frame number 48) has a great image of Scuttle the seagull giving Sebastian a noogie, and is from the scene in the film where Scuttle flies into Ariels room excited that the Prince is getting married (which he thinks means Ariel, but of course hes engaged to Ursula in disguise). See matching scene (within a few frames) above. Condition: Overall very nice shape, some light soil + tape residue from a previous matting, and there is a tiny bit of paint loss (please examine close-up photo), which is very hard to see and could easily be touched up and (its one color) or would be invisible if displayed with a background print.
