The condition is fantastic, and its a two cel setup: Scrooge on the bottom cel and his beak on the top. The seal is camouflaged among the coinage, but rest assured its there. Just look at the picture closely and youll find it. This is a really cool cel, one signed by Carl Barks and it would make a great addition to any collection.

Unfortunately, I dont have room to display this one - and Im currently on a mission to downsize my collection - so hopefully this cel will find a good home. It will come well packed to ensure it arrive in perfect condition and ready to frame! Please message me if you have any questions.
