Sebastian's biggest strength is his modesty! In this pose he just exudes modesty, right? Well, good thing he has Scuttle along to keep him on track. Scuttle, an expert on everything "human" (and some other things) will insure that Sebastian is not misinformed! This cel is in great condition EXCEPT there is a scratch left of center approximately 5.5 inches long. Looking at the art hanging on the wall, it is unlikely that you would notice it.

Look for it and you will see it. It is a shame but there you have it. The price is adjusted accordingly. What is a travesty in one way can be looked at as an opportunity in another. You likely won't find a Mermaid Production Cel anywhere else at this price, certainly not of of Sebastian and this one is nicely framed using Museum Glass.
